You have 7 days from delivery to return your order. You'll cover the shipping costs both ways—it's only fair. Just make sure everything is in its original condition.
If your item arrives with defects, quality issues, or doesn't match what we promised, we'll make it right. You have 30 days to let us know, and we'll cover all return shipping costs. This is on us.
Returns work when items come back the way they left—unworn, undamaged, and ready for someone else to love.
Sale items are final. They're priced that way for a reason, and we can't take them back.
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quick inspection, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. How quickly it appears in your account depends on your bank—we wish we could speed that part up, but it's out of our hands.
Lost packages happen. If you believe yours didn't arrive, contact us within 24 hours of it being marked as delivered. We'll investigate and work with you on a reshipment or refund—just provide any proof you have.
